- All orders are shipped within three business days from time of order and are delivered using standard ground transportation of the United States Post Office. Insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer if it is so desired. Most orders are received within one week of order, however, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. International orders may require a surcharge. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

- Cooking Japanese treats your information as sacred. We will never sell or trade your personal information to any other parties, nor will you be subjected to third party offers or marketing. Your information is securely transmitted via the highest levels available on the internet. We will sometimes reach out to you from time to time with a special offer, however you are always free to remove yourself from our mailing list and we respect your right to do so.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you wish to return or exchange an order you may do with no questions asked within 30 days of purchase. For returns, please send certified mail. Allow 21 business days from time of receipt for refunds to process completely. You may exchange for any other product listed within 30 days of purchase.

- Orders are safe and secure when placed through the Cooking Japanese online products store. If you would rather place your order via telephone, we are happy to assist you.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept various forms of payment for your online cooking products orders. We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, COD, and Personal Checks.
- Viewing Orders
- After placing an order you may view the status by visiting the orders and returns forms page and entering your last name, order ID# and your email address.
- Updating Account Information
- If you need to update your account information, you may email us the changes and we will gladly update it in our system.
